In conjunction with the University-wide Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan (DIAP) initiative, departments across Brown have detailed their own Departmental Diversity and Inclusion Action Plans (DDIAPs), submitted and approved by the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity, detailing steps forward for creating a campus-wide environment where all students are able to achieve their full potential as members of the University and future scholars and leaders.
