Biography
Harper Shalloe is a PhD student in the department of Modern Culture and Media. Harper holds a BA in Cinema Studies from New York University, where they were an Undergraduate Fellow at the Center for the Humanities (2016). Broadly, Harper's research examines how the notion of identification traverses popular culture, critical theory, and technologies of surveillance and security.
