Rose Rowson
Biography
Rose Rowson is a PhD candidate in the Modern Culture and Media Department at Brown University. She has a BA from the Slade School of Fine Art, University College London, and a research MA in Media Studies from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. During her time at the UvA, Rose performed collaborative data research in association with the Digital Methods Initiative, was affiliated with the Netherlands Institute for Cultural Analysis, and wrote her thesis on magical writing practices in contemporary digital culture.
She is currently developing a dissertation project on babies and computation.
